List of LPW World Tag Team Champions

The LPW World Tag Team Championship was a professional e-wrestling tag team championship in the e-federation, Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW). It was exclusive to the Pyromania brand, until Altered Reality IV on September 6, 2008, where the LPW World Tag Team Championship and LPW United States Tag Team Championship were unified.

The inaugural champions were the Westside Connection's Stone and SFK, who won the title during 2004, and were sent to Pyromania during the PWA brand split. The final champions were the MWA's Tromboner Man and RaTo, who defeated the Dark Brotherhood in the unification match. Overall, there have been seven different championship teams, with all teams having one reign. In addition, all holders are tied for the most reigns individually at one. The MWA hold the longest reign at 13 shows (446 days).
