The fifth season on the Inferno brand for Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), (later changed to the Pyromania brand), commenced on October 15, 2008 at Homecoming and finished on October 22, 2010 at Altered Reality V. After defeating its Insanity counterpart in seven of eight matches at Altered Reality IV, Insanity regained its moniker of "The Flagship Brand of LPW" after defeating Inferno 5-1-1 at Altered Reality V.

The season started as Inferno, but at the 2010 edition of Redemption, General Manager Drew Michaels changed the name back to Pyromania.

The season's head writer was Drew Michaels.
