The fourth season on the Inferno brand for Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) commenced on November 29, 2006 at Homecoming (2006) and concluded at Altered Reality IV on September 6, 2008. The promotion started the season affiliated with the Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA) in which the brand was named PWA Pyromania, but due to management changes was renamed LPW Inferno.

The season's head writer started with Spectre, who later was promoted to President, then became Drew Michaels.
